(STRENUOUS)
- Activity Time: 8 - 10+ hours
- Distance/Elevation: Hiking mileage 12-16 miles per day for consecutive days. Gains and losses in elevation could range from 1,200 to 3,000 ft. E-biking mileage 29-24 miles per day for consecutive days.
- Terrain: Will include steep, uneven surfaces to ascend and descend. Possible exposure at higher elevations.
- Activities Will Include: Hiking, Horseback Riding, & E-Biking
- Preparation: The trip is designed for people accustomed to physical activity, but it is not necessary to have previous experience in this type of hiking or biking. The horseback rides require some previous experience, although they are done with animals very accustomed to high mountain terrain with loads.
- Hiking: You should be able hike consistently at a 30 min per mile pace
- Horseback Riding: While you don't need to be an expert rider, we ask for this not to be your first time on a horse. Most importantly you should not be scared of horses. There is also a 200 lb rider limit. Please reach out if you have any questions on these requirements
- E-biking: You should be comfortable spending full days on a bike and riding on uneven surfaces, such as dirt and gravel, and on roads with cars.

- Day 2: Hiking: Oviedo to Grado, 16 miles
- Day 3: Hiking: Grado to Salas, 15.5 miles
- Day 4: Hiking: Salas to Tineo, 12.5 miles
- Day 5: Horseback Riding: Borres to Berducedo, 6 hours
- Day 6: Horseback Riding: Berducedo to Grandas de Salime, 5 hours
- Day 7: Horseback Riding: Grandas de Salime to Fonsagrada, 5 hours
- Day 8: E-Biking: Fonsagrada to Lugo, 34 miles
- Day 9: E-Biking: Lugo to Melide, 30
- Day 10: E-Biking: Melide to Santiago de Compostela, 33 miles, Farewell dinner!
- Day 11: Departure Day, Santiago de Compostela
